Shane MacCarthy and Andy Davis (Winder hull, Speed Sails)

Shane and Andy put in a solid performance at last years event to finish 6th and winning the last breezy race. Simon Potts and Chris Robinson (Winder hull, Goacher Sails)

A new team, but with lots of experience.  Both have won the nationals as crews multiple times and Simon is an experienced helmsman at the top level. Finished 4th at last year’s nationals. Will be consistent across the wind range.

Stuart Bithell and Christian Birrell (Boon hull, Sails TBC)

Current Endevour Trophy Champions. Top 470 sailors. Stuart is strong contender for 2012 selection. Definitely a team to watch and must be amongst the top favourites.

Richard Instone and Jim Toothill (Speed hull, Goacher Sails)

Consistently a top 5 finisher at major GP events. Team to watch when the breeze pipes up.

Ross Kearney and Ed Bradburn (Winder hull, P&B Sails)

Ross is current Mirror World Champion. The P&B boys are relatively new to the GP fleet but improving all the time. Most recently won the Southern area Championships.

Tom Gillard and Bruce Deppe (Winder hull, P&B Sails)

Tom is a top Fireball sailor, narrowly missing out at the recent Fireball World Championships in Sligo. New to GP14 sailing but finished an impressive 3rd at the windy Northern Champs,  his 1st GP14 event.
